Software Maintenance
After the software is delivered to the end user, it can require support and maintenance. PSA has a number of customers currently engaged into support contracts after development of their products with PSA, and our professionals can also provide support services for products developed by a third-party vendor.
After the project is deployed, PSA makes sure that the right plans and warranties are in place for full product support. Maintenance and support agreements will be established early in the project, and as needs are known – so whatever post-deployment concerns arise, PSA will guarantee that the solution remains effective even after the formal project engagement is completed.
